Class cancelled, no work, no plans... it's Friday morning and what the heck am I going to do?! As much as I wanted to be a potato all day (and isn't that the dream?), I chose to find better ways to spend my time.
I decided to try out a vlog-styled video for the first time. And thus began the creation of my first ever "What I Eat in a Day" video. Watch the video and follow me around as I prepare my breakfast and dinner, and head into town for lunch with my mom!
I think it is important to note that my eating habits change quite frequently, especially as a new vegan. Currently, I am just having fun experiencing this new eating style and experimenting with different foods and ways of preparing them. Some days I'm inspired and try out new recipes, and others I am lazy and throw a Daiya frozen pizza in the oven. In general, I aim to be as healthy as possible, but sometimes unhealthy is just a bit more exciting (and tastier!)
